Hello! I'm Erin, wife to an awesome husband and mom to a precious little boy. I'm a self-taught graphic designer with a passion for color, patterns, typography, and all things creative. I officially started Beyond Words at the end of 2006, but ideas for the Studio started brewing way back in 2003, after getting much positive feedback from family and friends about the invitations and coordinating stationery I created for my wedding. Fast forward several “complimentary” invitation jobs and a few years later, and Beyond Words Invitation Studio came to be what it is today.
Designing invitations and stationery has been extremely fulfilling and a wonderful creative outlet for me. I take inspiration from so many different things…from items found on the beach, from the color of different foods, from fabric patterns, from the latest issue of Pottery Barn…I could go on and on. Ultimately, I feel truly blessed to be able to put my passion to work each and every day and I hope this is evident in my designs. I plan to continue to create new products, and I look forward to any doors God plans to open for the company and for my family in the future. But I think, so far, so good…
